Where do I report a disc that won't rip?
If you have a disc that just doesn't want to be ripped, please contact us. We'll order the disc for testing just in case it contains some super sneaky protection. Be sure to include the title of the DVD, it's ISBN (barcode) number found on the back of the DVD case, and the region the disc is in. Please be as detailed as possible when reporting. It will help us get things fixed faster.
